Be My Guest, Be My Guest | I’m Going To California for the Disney Blogger Press Event

This week has been approaching in much anticipation,
and I could hardly wait to share the news with you…
I’m going to Disneyland!

Disney has invited me to be a guest at the Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment Blogger Press Day, in California this week. I leave home early morning on Wednesday, and catch a flight to the LAX airport. I will be staying at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel {which is right next to the Kodak Theater!} in the heart of Hollywood. The purpose of my stay is to learn more about the making of the new Disney movie, Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue. During which time I will be venturing to Disney Toon Studios to meet with Film-makers and attend a press screening of the movie at the Frank G Wells Theater. I am also very eager to learn more about the animation of Disney movies and get introduced to the Tinker Bell product line.

This event is also a celebration of the release of Beauty and the Beast: Diamond Edition {my favorite Disney movie of all time. Can you tell by my post header?}. And, in that celebration I will be meeting Paige O’Hara, the voice of Belle from Beauty and the Beast, and get Ballroom Dance Lessons too.

I feel so excited and fortunate to get a chance to go to Disney Toon Studios and learn more about the dreams of kids {and adults} everywhere. Plus, I get to hang out in Hollywood for a few days. It’s my first time in California and I do get some downtime to do a little sightseeing {look, another tourist!}.
