A+D Diaper Rash Products are Available in Canada!

www.myorganizedchaos.net,I have 3 kids, including Twin Toddlers – if there’s one thing I know, it’s my diaper rash cream! No matter what, any baby will experience diaper rash at some point. Diaper rash is caused by numerous factors such as diet, climate, sensitives and irritations. Yet, sometimes it rather hard to be rid of! A+D Diaper Rash Products, one of America’s most popular diaper creams just expanded into Canada! This is very exciting to me, since I had the opportunity to test their creams out on my girls, and I am impressed.

www.myorganizedchaos.net,The dermatologist-tested line consists of the A+D Diaper Rash Ointment which protects the skin and prevents diaper rash. This barrier ointment contains lanolin and moisturizing vitamins A and D. To treat a diaper rash, there is the A+D Diaper Rash Cream, which also contains soothing Aloe Vera and zinc oxide. This is the white cream that makes my girls smile when they have a bum rash. I really do like this cream and am so happy to have been able to try it out. I know I will be purchasing it in the future! And, if you are like me and like to save when shopping, here is a $2 coupon for your next purchase of A+D Diaper Rash Products. And, if you aren’t a new Mom, please get a coupon for that Mom you know. Personally, I love it when my friends and family save coupons for me!

So, it’s already a given that diapers and wipes are a must-have for any new baby. Yet here is a list of my other “Must Have Items” when preparing for a new baby:
{or babies if you are going to be in the prestigious MOM club}.

1. Find yourself a quality and effective brand of diaper cream and lotion. Don’t compromise health and comfort just to save a couple of bucks – ever. For example, spending a bit more money for a great moisturizing lotion to relieve the itch and pain of eczema, is worth it. Trust me.
2. A Boppy Pillow or two. Whether you use it to nurse or just to prop up baby so he or she can see the world – it’s one item that I was very thankful for purchasing! I only had them with the Twins and always wondered why I didn’t get one for my oldest.
3. onesies and sleepers ~ Don’t go overboard on too many cute outfits. Have a few for looking adorable when going out on the town, but don’t go overboard.
4. A good thermometer! I used the old thermometer-under-the-armpit routine with my oldest. But, the instant forehead-touch one I used with the Twins proved to be much better. It disturbs babies less and takes less time. And when you have 2 sick babies, every little miracle helps!
5. You can never have too many receiving blankets – I had 25 with my Twins, and used them all, for burping to swaddling. Now, the Twins use them for their own ‘babies’, I love multi-use items!
6. My swing with mobile was.my.lifesaver. I had just one for the Twins and sure helped to soothe one baby while I was attending to the other.
7. Pacifiers. I do believe I had approx. 14 of them at one time {at home, in the car, in the diaper bag, in the stroller}. Your sanity is worth it.
8. Your health nurse and BFF on speed-dial…Surely that can’t be just me?
9. Nightlights! I had one in the hallway, my bedroom and the kitchen. Hey, you are bound to stumble over something with all those night-wakenings! ;)
10. One large diaper bag. I did have Twins after all….

Of course these are my own must-haves, from my own parenting experience. But, you know that I am never one to tell another parent what is right or wrong for them {Hate that!}. So, let’s discuss your favorite must-haves for baby and all the while participate in a giveaway!

One Canadian reader is going to get 3 tubes of A+D® Diaper Rash Ointment AND
3 tubes of A+D® Diaper Rash Cream {that should last a whole year!}

Must have patience! Also must have wipes, blankets, forhead thermometer, and maybe a couple hours to yourself once a week.

With a new baby I think you must have some swaddling blankets, a swing and a husband who will take over for a few hours so you can get some sleep!

For those breastfeeding: good breastfeeding pads and some organic nipple cream, a heavy duty stroller…don’t skimp or you’lll end up buying another and comfy pillows for mom and dad.
