CoverGirl Smoky Eye Kit | Giveaway

by Tammi on 02/27/2010 · 429 comments

I can’t even count how many times I’ve tried to get that sultry smoky eye look in the past and failed miserably. I always ended up looking like I had just slept in my makeup and forgot to wash it off. So how does one easily get that sought-after look? Well, there’s a new product by CoverGirl called the Smoky Eye Kit, and from what I hear it contains everything {including easy and brilliant instructions} needed to get that perfect sexy look, just like the eyes on Drew Barrymore from the package. Gorgeous? I think so! I’m going to be reviewing one of these kits for myself very soon, so make sure to check back in and see my end result!

Each Kit Contains:* Smoky Shadow Blast
* Line Exact Liquid Liner Pen
* LashBlast Volume Mascara
* Step by Step Instructions

The Kits are Available in the
following ‘looks’:

* Natural
* Bold
* Glamourous

These Kits are available in Walmart stores across the US, or online at Walmart.com

Last month the attendees at the Blissdom conference in Nashville were all treated to a Smoky Eye look at the CoverGirl booth {along with swag bags to take home} and I hear it was a hit! Oh, you didn’t go either…?
Well, you still have a chance to try this kit for yourself, with a My Organized Chaos giveaway! The great people at CoverGirl and Collective Bias are going to send a
Smoky Eye Kit to four {4} lucky readers!

My best make-up trick is, to always make sure your lips are soft. Nothing looks worse than chapped lips.

If nothing else I usually use a concealer and a bit of blush. The concealer can hide sallow skin or dark circles under the eyes and the blush can make me look a bit more alive or have color even when not feeling well.msgb245 at gmail dot com

My makeup tip is to try an new eye shadow color at home first, play around with it before you go out in public to see if you want to use it on the whole eye lid or just as a highlight. Thanks!

My beauty tip is that the number one most important part of makeup application is that it's symmetrical–unless you're trying to counteract something asymmetrical.
